Introducing GenArts Sapphire™
for Autodesk Smoke on Mac

Based on Sapphire 5, GenArts Sapphire for Smoke on Mac offers the same great functionality as on the original Smoke platform, with all the cost advantages of Smoke on Mac. Sapphire for Smoke on Mac features GPU acceleration and floating point support. Render times have been slashed dramatically so that projects once requiring overnight processing are now merely “over lunch.” Effects are fully GPU-enabled to provide artists a completely interactive user experience at HD resolutions and beyond. Sapphire will be available for Smoke on Mac by the end of Q2 2010.

The Sapphire Sparks have been highly anticipated since Autodesk shipped its Smoke on Mac product earlier this year.
